The focus of the event is to bring a day of celebration and connection to the local women of Monto while raising funds to put back into the children and future of our community.
We feel it is important to recognise that rural women and mothers don’t always have adequate access and support, including access to meaningful social connections with other women.
In addition to this we acknowledge that the future of Monto is our children and our children’s children and we strive to be able to set the best foundations for their success.
This year, our goal is to bring Josh Arnold (Small Town Culture) to Monto to workshop with the children and present a performance at a community event later in the year.
