Average Liveweight Results of Fat & Store Sale – Steers, Heifers, Cows and Bulls
Average C/KG – 233.23/kg
Average $/Head – $892.01

A mixed quality yarding of 523 cattle plus 19 cows and calves were penned this week. Cattle were drawn from all local areas, as well as Biloela, Thangool & Theodore. Export cattle met a full panel of buyers but could not maintain last sales rates. Feeder steers & heifers met firm demand for the quality offered. Weaner’s penned showed more Bos indicus content then last sale & could not maintain the rates of last sale.
