Today in Monto we yarded 957 head with cattle drawn from Calliope, Biloela, Thangool, Mt Perry, Moura, Harrami and all local areas. A mixed quality offering of export slaughter cattle saw prices ease. A very good yarding of feeders and weaners saw prices improve across all categories. Weaner steers sold to a top of 427c/kg.
