Average Liveweight Results of Fat & Store Sale – Steers, Heifers, Cows and Bulls

KellCo Rural Agencies yarded 777 head for the annual Spring fat and store sale. A good line of cows came to hand along with a very good quality run of both feeder and weaner steers and a mixed quality yarding of heifers. Congratulations to the Naroonie Pastoral Co for winning best pen of steers and Cedar Creek Grazing for best pen of heifers. Cattle were drawn from Gayndah, Biloela, Thangool, Jambin, The Boyne Valley and all local areas.

Boonie Doon Enterprises sold Red Brangus Bulls to a top of 368.2c for 907.5Kg and $3,341.42.

Lucas Cattle Co sold Charbray Bulls for 368.2c for 880kg and $3,240.16.

GW Brians sold Charolais cows for 365.2c at 690Kg for $2519.88.
